We use your information to process rentals, coordinate delivery and pickup, send booking and billing notifications, provide customer support, and improve our branches and equipment offering. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers — Stripe handles card data under its own PCI-compliant systems and provides us only the information needed to confirm and reconcile a charge.
Sharing your information
We share information with branch staff and field technicians to fulfill your rental, and with service providers (such as payment processing and delivery logistics) who help us operate the business. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
You can review and update your account details at any time from My Account. To request deletion of your account or data, contact our support team using the details on the Support page.
